We are excited to announce today, on December 21st 2009 - the Winter Solstice - a new web presence of the I AM University, called www.TheExternalization.org

Fulfillment of a Prophecy

We are currently experiencing the most amazing days in Earth’s history! We are collectively participating in the birthing of an entirely new civilization, a civilization that is no longer willing to deny its divine identity and heritage, a civilization that is ready to acknowledge and externalize that which has been present on the inner plane all along - a body of advanced Teachers and Leaders known to constitute the “Inner Government of the Planet.”

All major faiths speak of this current time as the coming or return of a Great Master:

- Buddhism anticipates the coming of the Buddha Maitreya.

- Christianity speaks of the Second Coming of Christ.

- Hinduism speaks of the coming of the Kalki Avatar and of the ending of the current Kali Yuga.

- Islam prophecies the return of the Imam Madhi.

- Judaism speaks of the “end of days” and of the coming of the Messiah.

From a higher perspective, however, this announced “Great Master” indicates the Externalization of the Spiritual Hierarchy and its exoteric appearance on Earth. This has been prophesized by the Master Djwhal Khul in the writings of Alice Bailey, which constitute a special dispensation of Ascended Master Teachings.

Just as we have governments running countries in this world, there is also one overlighting Spiritual Government that rules this planet as a whole and officially represents Planet Earth in this galaxy, solar system and universe of ours. As within, so without; as above, so below. After a long cycle of silence, the time has come for this Inner Hierarchical Body to physicalize on Earth.

The Veil is Being Lifted once Again for the First Time Since Atlantean Days

Back in the early days of Atlantis, this body of advanced Leaders and Masters along with their disciples physically walked and governed this Earth. Later on, however, the Hierarchy withdrew to the inner planes in order to allow humanity to evolve on its own - as mandated per the Universal Law of Evolution. 

In regular intervals senior Disciples and Masters would incarnate on Earth to set new impulses and thus help humanity move along The Way. These Masters have started religions, formed nations and advanced humanity into new heightened modes of thinking and living. 

Now what is so incredibly exciting about these times we are currently living in is that just like in the Atlantean days of old, this inner plane Planetary Government is ready to externalize once again – only, this time around, on a much higher turn of the spiral and with the support of an awakening humanity, which was not the case back in the days of astral-plane-attuned Atlantis.  

There was a big battle fought out on the astral plane between the Sons of the Law of one and the Sons of Belial. This great battle had its reflection on the physical plane and climaxed in a world event that has been recorded in the Bible as The Flood. Ever since that time back in Atlantis the energies of separation, fear, illusion and hate have hovered over humanity breeding world conflicts and wars.

The good news is that despite the efforts of the dark forces to control humanity by instilling hate, darkness and separation, humanity has Spiritually advanced enough so as to allow for the Spiritual Hierarchy to break the long silence and open the veil once again which had been in place since Atlantean days.

The Purpose of The Externalization and The I AM University

The purpose of this web presence is to create widespread recognition of the fact of the existence of the inner plane Spiritual Government and to also create public awareness for this historic event of the re-emerging Spiritual Hierarchy.

The Externalization is a service project of the I AM University, a holistic/educational institution that was founded by Dr Joshua David Stone. The initials “I AM” in “I AM University” stand for “Integrated Ascended Masters™.” As the name suggests, the Spiritual purpose and mission of the I AM University lies in the training of “Integrated Ascended Masters™” on Earth - by this way externalizing and extending the inner plane Spiritual Hierarchy of Ascended Masters on this physical/outer plane. 

So the mission and purpose of The Externalization is the same as that of the I AM University. The only difference being that The Externalization seeks to impress upon the human mind that in striving to become an Integrated Ascended Master, as taught at the I AM University, you are advancing the Externalization of the Spiritual Hierarchy as an active member of the Great White Brotherhood and Sisterhood on Earth. 

The Masters’ Hands are Bound by the Directive of Non-Interference

What is important to realize is that the Planetary Hierarchy is unable to do their job effectively without having personnel in place that can step down their hierarchical energies and impressions so these in turn may evoke a response in the average man. Spirit and the Masters need Earthly ambassadors who are willing to serve The Plan because without Earthly representation their hands are tied as per the directive of non-interference. Said another way, the Masters are not allowed to go against our free will or enforce their will upon us. By choosing to train with the I AM University to become an Integrated Ascended Master you are demonstrating to the Inner Planetary Government your readiness to serve The Divine Plan.

The Externalization of the Spiritual Hierarchy is an ongoing Process

It also must be understood that this historic event of the Externalization of the Spiritual Hierarchy is an ongoing process. It is a starting movement that will see a first minor climax in 2025 when the General Assembly of the Hierarchy will come together to assess the overall progress of humanity. Every century, in the 25th year, the General Assembly of the Hierarchy comes together in a Planetary Convention. The current world cycle till 2025 serves as a time of testing and preparation for the externalized personnel (that’s you!) of this Inner Planetary Cabinet and Government.

Every time in history a Great Master has come to Earth with the assignment to further the Divine Plan, this caused a major shift in the consciousness of the disciples and initiates, and hence in the personnel of the entire Inner Spiritual Government. Now, once again, a similar opportunity is presented before the aspirants and disciples of today. Just that this time around, the announced externalized “Great Master” is not one individual as has been the case in the past, but the collective of all Lightworkers and Consciousness Workers incarnated around the world - combined. 

In choosing to assist in the externalization of the inner work of the Planetary Hierarchy and Ashrams - which you do by becoming an Integrated Ascended Master in embodiment and serving as such on Earth - you are not only helping to externalize the personnel of the Inner Government, but you are also grooming yourself for an eventual future position in the Planetary Spiritual Government (as was started by the late Dr Joshua David Stone who is currently in training with Lord Maitreya for a head position in the future Spiritual Hierarchy of the currently incarnated Life Wave).

We Have Come a Long Way – Yet there is Still a Long Way to Go

When you look around in the world today, it soon becomes obvious that we still have a very long way to go. 

- Currently there are over thirty wars going on around the world.

- Our educational system is completely devoid of any sense of Spirituality. 

- We live in a dog-eat-dog society instead of a God-feed-God community.

- There are racial conflicts and discrimination in every country.

- There is still a long way to go to educate the masses about the true cause of illness and how to correct the effect on a causative level.

- Fundamental Christianity believes that Jesus is the only Son of God, in Buddhism there is no such thing as a Creator God, Hinduism has a caste system, and Fundamental Islamists terrorize the world in the name of Allah which if anything is reminiscent of the crusades of the Middle Ages.

 

Yet even though all this (and much more) is the case, humanity has reached a point in evolution where we are collectively beginning to tune in to the Higher Plan of the Hierarchy. This global attunement is expressed through global sharing, unity and brotherhood. 

All around the world people are coming together in groups to pray for their fellow man, thought leaders and eco groups are popping up all around the world, non-profit organizations and charity foundations are forming in every nation of the globe, and technological developments such as the internet have made the world a very small place, reflecting very clearly the group mind and mentality of humanity. Social media like Facebook, Twitter, Google Wave and co, being platforms for thought exchange, are the coarse forerunners of group telepathy, Spirit-attuned Extraterrestrials have formed a definite base of representation on Earth and are slowly but surely initiating open contact. Countries are forming unions (i.e.: European Union) which - even if currently still operating on the lower end of the spiral - are forerunners of the coming Global Union which will be a requirement for Planet Earth to be reintegrated into the Galactic Confederation of Planets. 

The Agenda of the Inner Planetary Government    

What may be interesting to point out here is that the Externalization of the Spiritual Hierarchy is not simply the Masters’ gift to humanity for having grown Spiritually enough, it is not so much a reward to man for Spiritual evolution. on the contrary! 

The Inner Spiritual Government and Hierarchy have their own agenda, aims and ambitions which are quite different from that of humanity. And one of them is to reintegrate Mother Earth into the Galactic Confederation, a status which was lost a long time ago with man’s fall into separation, selfishness and darkness.

Training and Support

The idea of this web presence is to help you see the bigger picture of planetary events and your place within this bigger scheme of things, while also preparing you Spiritually, psychologically and on a physical/earthly level for the great task at hand. 

The challenge of externalizing this inner body of Hierarchical Agenda in the midst of physical plane activity lies in the speed, demands and intensity of our time, where it is no longer easy to withdraw and recharge, and to reconnect with Spirit for inspiration and attunement. Many sincere people in this world get sidetracked by personal life lessons which knock them out for long periods of time. This is why on The Externalization we will be offering short weekly Training, Tips and Tools to help you stay attuned to Spirit amidst this world of change and transition.

In Conclusion

Any movement, civilization or culture this world has ever seen was the externalization of a definite, planned activity of the Inner Hierarchy of the time - and the Reappearance of the Spiritual Hierarchy at the dawn of the Third Millennium is no exception to this rule. 

It is some sort of experiment of the current Inner Planetary Government that involves people from all walks and faiths of life, men and women from all nations and ages: it includes politicians, statesmen, teachers and professors, business men, financiers, artists, scientists, doctors, philosophers, psychologists, religious teachers and gurus, officials and housewives – in short, everyone with a sound mind and sane philosophy, with a Spiritual orientation and attitude of service. Essentially anyone who has pledged their life to planetary world service and the evolution of personal and planetary consciousness, serves as a vehicle of this externalizing Spiritual Hierarchy – whether they believe in the existence of the Inner Planetary Government or not.

All are chosen

The question is, will you choose to take your rightful place in this Grand Event by helping to change the global conditions, institute new Spiritual values and thus help birth an entirely new civilization of Integrated Ascended Masters on Earth? Or will you choose to close your eyes to the bigger picture of planetary events and instead continue to live your little life in the seemingly safe haven of the limited known? The choice is yours… Yet it is not coincidence that you are reading these lines right now…

Listen carefully! There is nothing “spooky” or “illusionary” about the Externalization. It is not esoteric humbug or a figment of a fantasizing mind. It is an occult fact that has always been known to initiates and adepts of all times. It is a fact whose time has now come to gain public awareness. If anything, it is a reminder that every creature that walks this Earth is Divine, and that humanity and Planet Earth are but a tiny blink in an infinite, potent, vibrant and alive universe of Spiritual community – and that it is high time for all of humanity to learn to live together in love and peace so Planet Earth may finally officially be reintegrated into this Universal Divine Community.

At this moment in time, The Externalization cannot be more but a seed thought to birth a beginning humble replica of this inner plane body of World Leaders and Servers in the outer world. However, what is a humble seed today, the generations of tomorrow shall bring to full fruition so God’s Glory may once again preside on Earth.

So let it be written. So let it be done.
