Just listened to this show also. I have found out about an amazing way to improve osmosis in you body, a.k.a. lymph systems, ect. Check out Himalayan Crystal Salt and Dr. Barbara Hendell, a german doctor, who has been pioneering a new science of bio-physics. This therapy is so simply to do it's beautiful.

This is the shorthand version of it, basically our bodies are made up of two elements, H2O and Salt. I am aiming to make it a staple for the rest of my life, its got 84 minerals that the body needs so I reckon thats why I don't feel hungry after having it ie. as soon as the body gets whats it needs (thats why you have hunger pangs normally -body hoping that you will consume more in hopes it gets what it needs), its satisfied.

Read somewhere that all disease is caused by a mineral deficiency so its all good.

From what I have read on the net, the real benefits show after 1-3 months of taking it, although there was someone who said 2 years. I am certainly waiting for the 1 month mark!

I hope you are also drinking lots of water throughout the day, 4-6 cups normally. It helps flush your liver out.

My mum has also started taking it (1 week now) and I'm hoping it will help her with her hip pain.

there is a lot of info on drinking some salt with your water and how it helps retain water in the body. I used to buy deionized water and add sea salt to it and drink it that way. It sure did taste better than the filtered tap water I've been drinking for the past few weeks. one could do a really substantial flush in the morning by drinking highly salted water first thing and waiting a few hours. It just goes right through the intestine without being absorbed and carries most of the gunk in the intestine with it.

Also, the most hydrated I felt was when I was adding MSM to my water every morning, and sometimes I would add DMSO. both these compounds are sulfur compounds and help water to penetrate the entire cellular structure of the body. DMSO even replaces water in dehydrated cells and functions as water if need be, as it is able to penetrate throughout the entire body very rapidly. Not to mention sulfur compounds relieve tension in the body as well as arthritic soreness. There is only one side effect of using DMSO though and that is the smell, it has a strong sulfury smell to it. I didn't mind, but my girlfriend did
