Greetings, I am Juliano. We are the Arcturians. The issue of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health is a primary focus for the ascension. All four of your bodies must achieve a state of health and be in harmony so that you can be in the highest abilities and so that you can focus your energies. In joining the Group of Forty, many people had the expectation of improving their health and improving their overall functioning. This is a reasonable expectation because joining in a group consciousness can help one connect with universal brotherhood and sisterhood and the positive energies of the group light. Our belief in group life is focused on group consciousness and it is through the evolution of our unity that we have developed so highly into the fifth dimension. We have gone through many of the illnesses that you have experienced in your planet earlier in our history. We have experienced the disharmony that many of you are experiencing. In many ways, the recovery from a lifetime is a very important transition and the healing that has occurred often comes at the end of a life when one is going into the transitional period between incarnations.

We like to offer you the opportunity to have that healing before the end of your life. We like to offer you the expectation and the technical knowledge to achieve the relief from the third-dimensional woes before your ascension. Some of the methods that we are going to suggest are reasonable and can be applied to you. There is a very complex matter when you are looking at disharmonies. This complex matter has to do with an interaction of forces on your planet. The interaction of forces includes gravity and also the magnetic belt of reincarnation.

MBRI, if you want to be more exact, is a dense energy field around the planet which holds all of the thought patterns of all the beings who have ever lived on the Earth and who are in a reincarnational process around the Earth. You can imagine that with billions of people on the Earth this MBRI holds a tremendous amount of energy and light force. It includes the histories of all of your lifetimes and the different imprints that you may have had from previous lifetimes that you may have brought into this lifetime in order to clear. This includes imprints from other lifetimes in which illnesses were transferred to you. You brought thought patterns into this lifetime, even wounds from previous battles.

Ultimately, there is the overall general energy field of the planet itself that contributes to the downgrading of your magnetic energy field. You are really dealing with a very complex interaction of forces. You know that you are complex beings and you should expect that these disharmonies cause physical illnesses or the woes on the Earth plane. There is also a healing way to resolve some of these heavy densities. This involves spiritual access to higher energy and it involves a certain psychological attitude. It involves trying to bring your energy to a higher realm in a way that separates the energy field that is you from the physical presence that is you manifested on the Earth plane. Earlier in our work, many years ago with the channel, we worked specifically with some of the Arcturian starseeds in such healings. This includes those who have had cancers and other serious illnesses that seem to be very incapacitating. We were able to participate in an energetic flow which opened them up to releasing some of the darker energy fields that were involved in the constellation of what is known as an illness. We think that in this particular time in the process of the Earth development there is a need for more explanation and more input into the healing of the starseeds. We feel that it has always been a surprise to starseeds once they come to the Earth. The starseeds were highly charged and motivated in the other realm and felt that with the knowledge and experience of their star heritage, fresh, and with the interaction of their guides and teachers, fresh, then returning to the Earth would be relatively easy.

They would be able to accomplish their missions in short order. The reality is the heaviness of the third dimension, the challenges of living in a society and making a living and the overwhelming other difficulties associated with being on this planet take a toll and cause a lowering of your vibration. With the lowering of vibration, you become as susceptible to all of the woes as anyone else who does not have the stamina and heritage that you do as a starseed. It requires a reactivating of your starlight. It requires a reactivating of your star energy fields, a reacquainting yourself with who you really are. Then it requires some specific psychic surgery methods and energetic vibrational aspects of clearing that can bring you into the true vibration of your high being. I am going to send a clearing tone that will begin this process for all who are here in the room and those that are listening. Our methods involve energy transformation and involve certain aspects of sounds and tones which will clear. You need to listen and allow the tone to enter your energy fields and let the tone do the work. You do not have to direct it. (series of tones) Let the energy of those tones mix with your energy field and let those tones seep into the deepest blocks within your physical field and they will be carried away. (series of tones)

We do not have illnesses on Arcturus. Part of this has to do with our diet and the way we approach any nourishment. Part of it has to do with our physical structures which are, from your perspective, lighter and smaller than you. Most important, we have a spiritual method, spiritual philosophy and spiritual meditative practice which keeps our energy intact....
