What’s Your Vibrational Frequency?

 

 

We are all energetic beings and whether we are aware of it or not, we are vibrating at either a low or a high frequency. The most wonderful part of this? We are totally in control of altering our frequency every single moment of every day.

 

Gratitude Tip: Appreciation (or gratitude) is the highest emotional vibration we can emit and it’s shared with Joy and Love. Your emotional vibration is what is going on underneath – which emotions are driving your action? If you look at the other side of the downward spiral, fear is at the very bottom. If you are carrying fear in your body at any level, it become much harder to create success in your life and to manifest your dreams.

 

What do we do if we’re currently vibrating at a very low frequency, for example fear or jealousy? As recommended in the bookAsk and It Is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires by Esther & Jerry Hicks (teaching of Abraham), the idea is to slowly move up the scale. For example, moving from fear to anger. It’s a still a low vibration but you are moving in the right direction. It’s not usually possible to go from fear to love in one breath. Stepping your way up the scale is the key to moving from the downward spiral to the upward spiral. once you’ve reached the upward spiral, it’s much easier to keep moving up. There are some great exercises in Ask and It Is Given that help you to move up the spirals.

Where does a daily gratitude practice fit in? No matter where we are, a practice of appreciation and looking for the abundance that surrounds us will help us to move up the scale. And once we’ve reached the top, a daily gratitude practice is essential to stay there and to be able to quickly move back up when we’re faced with a lower emotional vibration.

 

Ask yourself this – where am I spending most of my time during the day? Which emotions are driving my actions and my decisions? This takes some self-reflection and honesty to find out where exactly we are. once you know where you are, you can make decisions to move in an upward direction and move from the downward spiral to the upward spiral. The more we are aware, the more we are able to change.
