Why I Have So Much Hope For The Future

As we prepare for the upcoming Particle Convergence on August 21, I feel it is important we take the time to reflect upon where both individually and collectively stand in our spiritual growth.

I believe we are getting close to a tipping point in consciousness and spiritual evolution, and we are all playing a part in this, and if we chose can play a bigger role by taking personal responsibility for our daily practice, raise our vibration and chose to invest our energy into projects that inspire us.

The earth is going through a major spiritual acceleration and evolution. Our collective consciousness is rapidly expanding. As more people become conscious, they wish to serve as a beacon of light their family and community.

It becomes self-perpetuating and expanding. For this reason, we are living in a very exciting age, with rapid transformation and growth occurring, but also massive upheaval and societal change.

These changes are so necessary if we are as a species to survive past the next 100 years, we simply cannot continue to operate under systems that are broken and will not support a long term view of humanity.

I love this quote from one of my greatest teachers; it reminds me that what is needed more than ever is the creation of a new model and a new way of living and creating in the world.

There is a growing number of concerned people who are expanding their outlook to be more of a global nature; they are moving from the personal concerns of everyday life to having a wider view of the direction and sustainability of the planet.

This understanding is becoming most prevalent in the Generation X and Generation Y cohort who are not buying into the same high consumerism as their parent generations. The realization that constant economic growth is unrealistic in a world with finite resources and the pressures of performing in an unrelenting corporate environment that demands constant growth to meet boards expectations is not in alignment with their changing perceptions and beliefs regarding equality and the planet.

The model of unlimited expansion simply is not sustainable and the promise of working unrelentingly for 30-40 years in the same company in exchange for a rosy retirement is not the same dream that their parents bought in to. We live in a world where we are utilising fuels and resources that are depleting and damaging the planet when there is technology existing today that can meet all our needs using renewable energy.

Our food system is compromised with pesticides, sprays, GMO foods, that is corrupting our health, one only needs to view the degree to which sickness has penetrated society, and the degree to which obesity now inflicts in in every three Americans and the stats in western world countries are around the same.

Clearly what is broken is the model in which we are operating under, and what is needed is for individuals and Leaders to expand their world view and understand the interconnectedness of all life. This change starts with you being the evolution of this new paradigm and connecting with values that are important to you for the long term harmony of your family and the planet.

There have been shifting global values over the last 30-40 years, this started with equality consciousness and birthed 4 key movements beginning in the 1960’s:

Peace movement - Woman's rights movement - Environmental movement - Civil rights movement

We have also since then seen the rise of Spirituality over Religion and the increasing popularity of eastern philosophies and the rejection of the concept of original sin. We have also seen the rise of the Holistic Health movement, and the trend towards, clean organic food made unprocessed and in its natural state, the emergence of yoga as main stream, the inception of meditation as a way of life into western culture and the concept of mind body wholeness.

The 1990’s saw the passing of the DSHEA act in the US, Dietary Supplement Health Education Act. This allowed for the first time validated scientific research to support natural plant based medicines. This along side the emergence of Energy Healing modalities - acupuncture, reiki, chiropractic, energy healing, homoeopathy, and holistic medicine, to enter the way in which people take preventative care of themselves.

We are also starting to see the emergence of corporations move from human productivity to resource productivity. This has meant the beginning of sustainable practices, energy efficiency and waste management and recycling. More needs to be done by corporations, and it is really entrepreneurs leading companies that are really going to drive massive societal change.

As executives who are leading the direction of companies begin to bring their personal values into alignment with the emerging world values, we will begin to see large wide scale change for the benefit of humanity and the planet. Technology is playing a massive role in driving this change and will accelerate everything in the next 10 years.

Especially with Moore’s law stating that the processing speed of transmitter will double every 18 months, we are hitting a period of time where the technological explosions and innovations around the world will see the massive birthing of new technology across all sectors creating more sustainable ways to live in alignment with the planet.

We are seeing the first emergence of this across many different sectors, from the reemergence of many Tesla inventions such as electric cars, we are seeing wide spread birthing of new clean ways of obtaining energy, such as fuel cells, the improvement in solar panels for home electricity supply, wind farms and wave power. This is exciting to see so many new innovative ways of getting out energy requirements meant.

We have the technology at our disposal to be living in a carbon neutral world, all that needs to happen is for consumers to embrace these changes and emerging technologies and we will see wide scale massive change.

Individuals who are expanding their consciousness and are wanting to support programs and organizations that they believe in. This could be contributing to the expansive growth of non for profit organizations that are focusing on social, environmental, political, issues along with education, arts, health, medical research, poverty, and homelessness, to name just a few.

There has been the emergence of over 100,000 non for profits in the last few years meaning people are beginning to take up causes that inspire them. Something very exciting has emerged in these last two to three decades which has been the main stream emergence of Quantum Physics as a portal into understanding more fully the interconnected world in which we live.

This has lead to not only the wider understanding of the nature of reality, but also that we are not separate beings but are connected by a field of consciousness, and a wider acknowledgement that we are the creators of our world and reality by our thoughts feelings and beliefs. There has been an outburst of interest in metaphysic, spirituality and the noetic sciences.

Obviously, we are riding this wave and Akasha and I have dedicated our lives to exploring the frontiers of consciousness and developing systems, models and techniques to help explain the nature of reality and how to move consciousness through greater levels of expansion.

These major shifts and trends are driving a new set of perceptions that are forming in the consciousness of the people, that are in turn creating a new set of values which people wish to be aligned with both in their personal and professional life. As such these values are requiring a fundamentally different approach to how people wish to expend their time, energy, and efforts.

People who are expanding their consciousness in this manner are also wanting this to be reflected in all areas of their life including the working environment.

These major values include:

Personal Growth, Environmental Sustainability, Personal Health, Vitality Cooperation, Unity over competition, Intuition over Logic, Internal security over external security (over materialism and gratification of the ego), Internal and Global Peace and Harmony.

Due to the holographic nature of the universe, these individual realizations in consciousness are also reflected in the whole, and as such is driving a global consciousness shift which can be reflected in institutional change.

This I believe is driving a world wide trend for humanity to think of a bigger purpose to life and connect with their spiritual nature and live more in alignment with certain values that reflect that. This is why I am excited about the coming years. People are indeed making the shifts necessary to move our planet to a higher reality.

So the question remains understanding these major shifts, technology increases and consciousness expansions in society, where does this leave you in your own values, and how you will lead your life. one way to understand these is to explore your life history and personal story through this lens of perception.

What I have found is that your personal story and the events that shape your life are important seeds to helping others on their journey and path of transformation. You see you are completely and utterly qualified to help others or pick up a cause that inspires you since somewhere in your life you have over come a challenge, a struggle, you have gained some greater perspective into overcoming something.

You hold keys or codes in unlocking others in similar situations to be able to move past similar challenges. What is needed more than ever is for you to explore again your identity, and the link this to the power of your purpose in the heart, and begin expressing this through your life and your work.

The process begins with vision and values. Understanding what gives you meaning beyond yourself is one of the keys to living a contemporary life of connectedness and contribution. This is what we do on the Divine Keys program, we help you craft this so you can make sense of your life, it is a beautiful process and creates major unlocking for people.

To help yourself through this process you may want to consider your own story and your own personal vision and values. As we lead into the Particle Convergence on August 21 and you have the unique opportunity to lay down your own intentions and form your own Golden Age time lines.

To help with this you may want to start getting clear on who you are, and what you stand for. As the old saying goes if you stand for nothing you will fall for anything. So here is my invitation as we head into the holiday season, spend some time contemplating your vision and values based on your personal history and what cause you will stand for, what direction you will consciously choose to send your energy and be part of this global shift in consciousness that is happening.

We have an incredible opportunity to set up all the energy architecture for our own Golden Age on August 21, let us all collectively make the most of it.

In the mean time Alaya myself and the kids are off to Mallorca this morning, I am the wedding celebrant for dear friends of ours Kelly and Richard. I am very much looking forward to marrying them and I have been contemplating love and marriage a lot this week.

Then we head to Egypt to take a group through the epic Egypt Initiation, so we will be on the road but due to the nature of this mission, we feel it is important to keep you in the loop with what is happening over there, so most likely we will make a little diary of goings on. In the mean time have fun crafting your vision and values and the cause you will put your energy into to make the world a better place as your own preparation for the the Particle Convergence.
