Declaration for Releasing All Forms of Weight No Longer for My Higher Good

Divine Creator God/Goddess, Angels and Archangels, My Divine Self, Masters of Light and

Manifestation, Ascended Masters, and the powers of Universal Divine Love, Joy, Freedom,

and Abundant Well-Being:

 

I AM now declaring and calling forth the outer manifestation of my Divine Inheritance

of Peace, Joy, Freedom, Abundance, Excellent Health, Vitality, and Slimness.

 

I AM now releasing everyone and everything that is no longer for my higher good of mind,

body or spirit.

 

I AM now releasing all toxicity of past and present, including toxic food and drink, toxic environment

and life experiences, and all memories, thoughts, habits, emotions, and physical conditions that

are no longer for my higher good.

 

I AM now claiming and giving thanks daily for my complete health and vitality, on all levels.

 

I AM Giving Thanks for ever-increasing flexibility, strength, higher wisdom, self-love, and

the ability to love freely and forgive freely.

 

I AM Giving Thanks for the increasing ability to feel comfortable and safe in my body.

 

I Give Thanks that ALL Unneeded Weight I Have Been Carrying, of Any Kind, is Dissolved Now,

in Perfect Ways!

 

I release the energetic blueprint of holding on  to and retaining that which is no longer

for my higher good.

 

I AM hereby dissolving for all time, all blocks and obstacles between me and my Divine Inheritance

of Complete Health, Well-Being, Slimness, and Vitality.

 

I AM manifesting my highest visions, including weighing  ______ [state desired weight] pounds

or less.

 

I accept the lessons I was meant to learn from having any condition of mind, body, or spirit.

 

I move beyond limiting conditions now, into empowering conditions of joyful exercise,

healthy habits, balanced emotion, my own perfect forms of eating, and my perfect weight.

 

I AM now releasing the energy patterns that have kept anger, resentment, fear, and

all other dense vibrations locked into my body, mind, and spirit.

 

I Release These and All Their Effects Now, in all directions of time.

 

BE GONE!

 

I Command and Draw Forth My True Health, Wealth, and Vitality in All Areas of My Life!

 

I AM the Divine Manifester of My Life.
