The 2016 March Total Solar Eclipse is a powerfully transformative celestial event. The eclipse will be at full power on 8/9th March, and it is the first of 2 eclipses in this first eclipse season of the year. It is happing conjunct Chiron and opposing the potent Jupiter/North Node in Virgo alignment – making it extra kapow! Let me explain more…

1. The evolutionary goal of this eclipse – setting the scene!
Well its energies are magnified because of overlapping celestial portals…. firstly the Sun & Moon in Pisces are Conjunct Chiron! Now add to this that it is opposing Jupiter/North Node in Virgo – kapow! And that is not all, throughout this eclipse there will be a stunning line up of celestial bodies pouring Piscean Codes down upon us = magic!
In Pisces you are called to delve into the spiritual depths of your soul, to engage the mystical dreamer within, the dreamer who dream weaves your reality into ｅxpression (this is so magnified New Moon Magic here).
Now is the time to open your heart fully, open to your empathic gifts, open to your oneness with all that is, open fully to compassionate service as best you can, to see the divine essence within every human being – to allow deep cellular healing to occur within you and allow yourself to feel loved and nurtured. Eclipses are always intense, but this eclipse with Chiron in Pisces so actively involved informs us that we can expect to be challenged, to see where we may lack in faith & trust, where we may not be as compassionate for ourselves and others as we can, where we are playing the martyr or not owning our power, some may even feel they are being persecuted by situations they find themselves in.
Remember – however Chiron is showing up in your life, he is all about healing & growth, he brings much wisdom too. So if you are faced with uncomfortable/challenging experiences at this time, see them as incredible opportunities for evolution.
Call on Chiron & the fire of the Sun to facilitate the transmutation of all that no longer serves you, with speed & grace. 3. More about the March Total Solar Eclipse & what it means to you!
A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun, thereby totally or partly obscuring the image of the Sun for a viewer on Earth.
This eclipse is a Total Solar Eclipse, which means that the Moon will fully block the Sun, as seen from Earth – and those who can view it will see the infamous “ring of fire”. The extent of the eclipse varies depending on the observer’s location but regardless of a viewer’s position, the Sun is fully eclipsed.
Eclipses open portals from the Great Above. These doorways are opportunities to intentionally connect with hidden aspects of ourselves. You may well have lots of things coming to an end, making way for the new. Remember you are a powerful co-creator, stay focused on that which you wish to birth, as you surrender the old, release it with gratitude, with a deep knowing that the new birthing into your world is more aligned with the new you!
This eclipse is in Pisces, so it has a Pisces flavour and focus! If you hold Pisces or Virgo energy in your Divine Blueprint it will be more powerfully impacting you than most!
We are at the beginning of an eclipse cauldron & it is time to delve into the Cosmos and the spiritual depths of your soul, to explore the deep inner realms of your Being, to experience yourself as one with the Universe, to explore your service to the collective.

So during this March Total Solar Eclipse IN PISCES, conjunct Chiron & opposing Jupiter/North Node in Virgo, it is a very important moment to consciously observe/seek answers to the following; –
- Are you a giver and if so, are you balanced in your giving? Giving without burning out, with no expectation of receiving in return?
- Do you feel empathy and compassion for others, while maintaining healthy boundaries – not being overwhelmed, rather energized by it?
- Are you connected to your Higher Self and capable of guided, clear and decisive decisions in order to avoid being indecisive and ineffective?
- Do you feel discomfort or resistance to connecting to that inner aspect of yourself that is the priest/priestess? Do these words trigger fear or judgements within you? Does the concept of ritual and ceremony create a strong reaction within you? Do you have wounding around this energy?
- Are you attuned to the rhythms & cycles of your life?
- Are you interested in consciously and ceremonially experiencing the cycles and patterns of life more directly/actively?
- Do you know your sacred work? Do you realize that this is the greatest quest of Virgo, to discover and express their sacred work, whatever it is!
As you move through these questions, you may notice that these topics have been coming into your reality or consciousness over recent days! If you are getting a “NO” or seeing ‘shadow/limiting beliefs/patterns/wounding’ – ask to be shown the source of these AND to be shown how you can shift to a more balanced state!
