Meline Lafont addresses (and continues from her recent St. Germain message) the effects of 

the current X-Class Solar Flares (and more in future) that we are experiencing and reminds us 

to fully embrace and integrate this gift of quantum energies that are being beamed to our 

Planet to assist in our Ascension. 

Interdimensional bleed-throughs are also being increasingly experienced as we continue to integrate 

and settle into the higher energies. The ever-continuing releasing is well...continuing. If not for us 

as individuals then for the Collective, because we are the conduits for this (**sigh**). 

Meline advises us to just flow with it and not become attached or to participate in it ~ be the observer.

Our physical bodies are also continuing to release all the toxins as a pre-requisite to becoming 

crystalline. Love all our cells, talk to them!

Resting and being at peace facilitates the integration of these energies, which have been coming at us 

at an accelerated pace. Ison also contributed to these recent spikes in energy levels. 

Grounding is also necessary.

Meline also asks us to drop the duality and judgements in our lives, allowing others to live their own truths. 

The energies are also creating much aggression, confusion or fear in people, and sometimes they may react 

to greater Light in others in negative ways. on the other hand, the reaction of people who are open-hearted 

can be positive.

Perhaps this could be the time to retract while these energies push hard against the veils.
