Three Simple Ways
to Raise Your Personal Vibration
In my book, Awaken Your Power, I talk about how science has proven
that everything in life, at it’s most basic level, is made up of energy.
Each thing in our existence has its own vibration frequency that acts like
a DNA code that energy what to manifest into.
Our thoughts, emotions, words, and actions, all have their own unique frequency
as well.
The law of attraction states that “like-energy attracts itself.

This means that energy aligns with other similar energy to merge and
attract each other. For example, if you think about success you will align with
the energy of success and things that have to do with success will eventually
start showing up in your life.
Unfortunately, the opposite is also true. If you are consistently worried about
something like sickness, you are aligning with the energy of sickness and
attracting more of it into your life.
The trick to gaining control of our life is to gain control of our personal vibration.
When we do that we begin to use our God-given, but often unknown, powers
to create and attract the realty we want to experience.
You see our feelings are our navigation system that tell us what our vibration is
Here are three simple ways to raise your personal vibration:
1: Stop multiple times throughout the day to become aware of your thoughts?

Becoming aware of your thoughts is the first step in being able to change them.
Notice if your thoughts are helpful or hurtful to you or others.
2: Focus on the positive. Positive thoughts attract positive results.

Negative thoughts attract negative results.
3. Think of something that makes you happy.

It can be a memory of a cherished time, a smile on your child’s face, or something
as simple as the feeling you get when you enjoy a cup of coffee. Any thought that makes
you feel good is acceptable.
Once you get a feeling of happiness and joy, do everything you can to stay there
in that feeling for as long as you can because when you are feeling good you have
raised your vibration.
You see our feelings are our navigation system that tell us what our vibration is
at any given moment. If we feel bad then our vibration is lower, if we feel good
then our vibration is higher.
So these three steps are just a few examples of how to raise your vibration.

The truth is that any happy or positive thought will raise your personal vibration.
Most of us have heard the saying, “You are what you eat.” To a certain extent
that is true, but even more so we are what we think about.
