"Living In The Light" Almine QUESTION  Why can’t I get rid of my many fears? I know that when I am in fear my heart chakra is closed, but they have such a hold on me. ANSWER  Fear disappears like mist before the morning sun when we see with 'illuminated vision'.  It is in correcting our vision that fear ceases to be. We think, for example, that if we can HAVE more of something, we can BE more of something and then we can DO whatever it is we wanted to.  But the truth is that if we DO things as though we already ARE we will HAVE all things accordingly. In other words, our mindset reproduces itself. It is as though we have a magic genie "As if," if we act "as if" then we are that which we aim to become — we bring it about. QUESTION  Are prayers answered and what is the best way to pray? ANSWER  Thoughts, plus 'emotions', create reality.  If we fear all day long that something may happen and then spend a few  minutes praying that it won’t, which is the strongest emotion that shapes  our reality?  All prayers are answered, we just have to understand what prayer is.  Prayer is the heart’s strongest emotion. QUESTION  The more I focus on living in the light the more ailments I seem to manifest.  Why is this? ANSWER  A lot of spiritual people are not fully in their bodies. We need to be expressing passionately in the physical as part of our descension in order to ascend.  The masters have always been fully present to the beauty of the world from which they drew their teachings.  Also, the ailments we have are the language of our spirits telling us what in  our life isn’t expressing according to our true identity, Luminous Beings of Light,  as vast as the cosmos, having a human experience. The more enlightened we become,  the stronger this language speaks. QUESTION  If God is all there is, how can there be anything evil in existence? Does evil serve  a purpose? ANSWER  Our identity in relation the All is much the same as our inner child or inner nurturer  relates to us. It is not separate. Nor is it a part of the whole. It is a unique perspective of the whole. We (the various perspectives of the one) decided to set up a game pretending  to be separate from each other and separate from the Source. We also pretend that  there are places where God is not; all this to gain perspective and wisdom.  By experiencing that which we’re not, we understand more fully that which  we are.  One third of the host of heaven would do everything to retard our return to the Source as we embark upon this adventure. one third would do everything to hasten our return, one third would simply observe.  The result of this is a perfectly timed birth of the universe to a higher level of ｅxpression, like the butterfly emerging from its cocoon. QUESTION  What is the purpose of life on Earth? ANSWER  - The purpose of the mineral kingdom spiritually, is to be aware, physically to be hard.   - The purpose of the plant kingdom is to feel and to be beautiful.  - The purpose for the animal kingdom is to be self-aware and to be beautiful.  - Humans are here at a spiritual level to be God-realized (to realize our true identity  as grand, cosmic beings and act accordingly) and physically to 'spiritualize'  the cells of the  body.  The cellular structure of an ascended master has a thinner outer membrane  and the cellular nucleus fills almost the whole cell. The result of this is effortless knowing, or the ｅxpression of God-mind, which is lodged in the cells. QUESTION  What is limitation? ANSWER  A constriction in the flow of universal energy caused by up-side-down vision or  incorrect attitude. 'Correct attitude' causes all things to effortlessly fall in place, limitation ceases to be.
