The Root Chakra or Base Chakra is the 1st chakra and the most important one.
The color is Ruby Red. and is located at the base of your spine. The chakra stands
for security, safety and basic needs, like clothing money etc.....
When you inhale, your draw the energy of the earth up through your roots, up into
your body. Feel this energy at the base of your spine, and pour the energy into your Root Chakra.
See the energy of this Chakra as a ruby red light, glowing in your body.
See your Chakra cleaned and expanding. The Root Chakra is your place of survival,
security, safety, stability and most of all your connection to the Mother Earth.
Now you Chakra is open and flowing, repeat after me, out loud or mentally,
'I am in tune with my deepest sense of belonging, and I am safe'
